Custom Orders

Please read carefully, if you have any questions please contact me previous to placing an order.

Warranty: All Jewelry Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If any item is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair and/or replace the product or component – to be determined by Buddhas & Butterflies to be defective at the time of manufactur or developed under normal use.

Normal use denotes that you store & wear your piece like the precious item that it is. Crystals etc are sensitive to abuse and will not last long if you treat them like costume jewelry.

Please Note: Malas and hand-knotted items naturally stretch with wear.  It is also normal for strings to eventually break.  This is understood to be due to the piece fully serving it’s purpose.  However, if you would like to have your piece re-strung, please contact us to find out how we can do that for you.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise was a Custom Item – including malas, crystal or semi-precious jewelry.
