Restringing Bracelets & Malas

Over time the thread will stretch and with frequent use they sometimes break.  We honor our work and your dedication to your spiritual practice.

MALA

We have a ONE month restring policy, that is if your piece is new and happens to break we will restring it free of charge one month from the arrival/purchase date of the mala.

If you need one of our mala necklaces to be restrung outside of this time frame, there will be a $40 restringing fee. You are also responsible for the shipping cost to get the necklace to us for repair. This fee covers the cost of the thread replacement, any small pieces that may be missing, our time and the return shipping to you.

BRACELETS

We have a TWO month restring policy on all stretch bracelets. Within this time frame you can mail (or visit in person) your piece back to us and we will restring your bracelet and ship it back to you for free. You are responsible for the shipping cost to get the bracelet back to us. 

If you need a bracelet to be restrung outside of this time frame, there will be a $10 restringing fee. You are also responsible for the shipping cost to get the bracelet to us for repair. This fee covers the cost of the string replacement, any small pieces that may be missing, our time and the return shipping to you.
