Return or Exchange Policy
Please read carefully!! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me before you purchase.
We understand that ordering items online can be uncertain and sometimes, no matter how much you try, things just don’t meet your expectations once they’ve arrived. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
Therefore, exchanges and returns for certain pieces will be honored providing it’s within 7 days of your delivery date.
Due to certain types of inventory and/or the customization of some of the products in our Shop, the majority of our items will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page). That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Buddhas & Butterflies offers a jewelry warranty within 30-days . If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase, Buddhas & Butterflies will honor a one-time replacement of the item (or one of equivalent value) due to a production defect. In order to receive your replacement, the original item must be returned to Buddhas & Butterflies (email returns@buddhasandbutterflies.com for instructions). We will then send you an entirely new piece.
Please note it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
If you desire a refund instead, we will refund your money back to your original method of purchase only once we’ve receive your return.
- Items such as Candles, Lotions, Potions, Roll-ons, and Inhalers will only be returnable within 5 days and only if unused. Buddhas & Butterflies reserves the right to determine if a product will be refunded.
- There are no refunds for Gift Certificates, Coupon codes, or Custom Orders.

Returns take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
